Toni began her real estate career in 2002 and quickly established
herself as an award-winning professional that same year. In 2004,
she was asked to initiate a property management division for another
Bay area real estate firm. In just 3-1/2 years she grew the division
from zero listings to a portfolio of 80 properties. It is little
wonder Toni was asked to direct property management services for
Russell Property Group, LLC’s southern Pinellas area. Her extensive
background includes several years of experience in the banking
industry, owner/operator of a small computer company and a paralegal
with a firm specializing in negotiating environmental issues. She
has been involved with several professional organizations including
Business and Professional Women, National Association of Female
Executives and the Country Commission for Disabilities.
